Costa Malaz will host The Pearl's premier sailing club. It is located in the only northern bay to take advantage of the prevailing northerly winds and deep water.

The location and arrangement of the marina, on the edge of an exclusive and secluded villa area, is designed to minimise its impact on the bay and its residents.

Costa Malaz will bring:

This marina and its approach channel will be dredged to -4.00m QNHD.
